Getting started
Create an account, browse offers, and complete your first order.
College Plus is a student-friendly shop for digital subscriptions and accounts - think streaming, AI tools, Discord Nitro, and similar services at prices that are easier on a college budget.
We list products from our supplier, show what's in stock, and handle checkout on our site. After you pay, we send your order to the supplier for fulfillment and show your delivery details on your order page.
What you can do here
- Browse the home page carousels or the full Accounts catalog
- Open any product to see price, description, quantity, and optional warranty
- Check out with card or crypto after clicking Buy
- Track orders in your profile and from the bell icon in the navbar
- Use the Spotify upgrade page if you bought a Spotify upgrade key
What we're not
College Plus is not Netflix, Spotify, DoorDash, or any other brand you see on a product card. Those names describe what you're buying - we are an independent reseller. See our Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
Tip: New here? Start with “Your first purchase” - it walks through the whole flow step by step.
You need a College Plus account before you can buy anything. Signing up is free and only takes a minute.
Sign up with email
- Click Sign in in the top navigation
- Switch to the Register tab
- Enter your name, email, and a strong password
- Check the box to agree to our Terms of Use
- Submit the form - you're in
Sign in with Google
On the same modal, scroll down and click Continue with Google. Pick your Google account and you'll land back on the site, signed in. If you've used Google here before, you'll see a “Last used” badge on that button.
Why you need an account
- Checkout is tied to your profile so we know where to send order updates
- Your Transactions tab lists every order you've placed
- Notifications (bell icon) link straight to your order pages
- Security settings let you manage how you sign in
Tip: Use an email you actually check - that's where support replies and where you'll want to look if you ever need to recover access.
Products show up in two main places: curated carousels on the home page and the full catalog on the Accounts page.
Home page
The home page groups popular picks into category carousels (streaming, AI, and more). Scroll sideways to browse, then click a card to open the product details.
Accounts page
The Accounts page (/accounts) is the full catalog. Use the search bar to find a service by name, switch category tabs to narrow things down, and change the sort dropdown - Popular is the default and surfaces what other students buy most.
Product badges
- Upgrade icon - this product is an upgrade (for example, upgrading an existing Spotify account instead of a fresh login)
- Warranty icon - optional protection plans are available at checkout
In stock vs sold out
If a product is in stock, you can open it and complete checkout. If it's sold out, the Buy button stays disabled until our supplier restocks it. Stock updates automatically - check back later or try a similar listing.
Prices
Prices are shown in USD. Some cards also show a crossed-out “original” price for comparison. Your final total (including warranty, if you pick one) is confirmed in the purchase modal before you pay.
Buying something on College Plus takes a few clicks. Here's the full path from browsing to getting your account details.
- Find a product on the home page or Accounts page and click it
- Read the About section in the modal - it explains what you're getting
- Sign in if you haven't already (the button says Sign in to Buy until you're logged in)
- Choose quantity and, if the product offers warranties, pick one (or No Warranty)
- Click Buy and choose card or cryptocurrency
- Complete payment on our secure checkout page (Stripe for cards, crypto partner for digital currency)
- After payment goes through, we fulfill your order through our supplier
- Open your order page to see status and, when ready, your delivery details
Finding your order again
- Click your avatar → Transactions to see past orders
- Click the bell icon when you get an order notification
- Go directly to /orders/your-order-id if you saved the link
Payment timer
If you start checkout but don't finish paying, your order expires after 15 minutes. You'll see a countdown on the order page. Expired? Just start a new purchase from the catalog - hit Buy again on the order page or pick the product again.
Tip: When your order status says Complete, scroll down on the order page for Delivery. Copy your login info somewhere safe right away - that section is meant for one-time viewing on that page.
We're here when something doesn't make sense or an order isn't working. Reaching out with the right info helps us fix things faster.
Before you email
- Check your order page for the latest status and any delivery details
- Look at the bell icon - recent order updates show up there
- Skim the help article that matches your issue (orders, login, Spotify, etc.)
How to reach us
- Email: support@college.plus
- Discord: link at the bottom of this help center (community + support)
What to include
- The email on your College Plus account
- Your order ID (from the order page or Transactions tab)
- Product name and what you expected vs what happened
- Screenshots if something looks broken (payment page, error message, etc.)
Please don't share passwords or full payment details in email or Discord DMs. We will never ask for your crypto wallet seed phrase.
Orders & delivery
Tracking, timelines, and how digital delivery works.
Every order has a status you can see on its order page (/orders/your-order-id). Here's what each one means in plain English.
- Awaiting payment - checkout started but we haven't received payment yet. Finish paying within 15 minutes or the order expires.
- Payment received - we got your payment and fulfillment is about to start.
- Processing - our supplier is working on your order.
- Complete - done. Delivery details appear on the order page.
- Expired - you didn't pay in time. Start a new purchase.
- Failed - something went wrong during payment or fulfillment. Contact support with your order ID.
How long does it take?
Most digital account orders finish within a few minutes after payment. Busy periods or certain products can take longer. If you've been on Processing for a while, check notifications first, then email support with your order ID.
Stay in the loop
- The order page auto-refreshes while you wait
- Notifications pop up for payment received, fulfillment, expiry, and failures
- Your Transactions tab always lists the same orders
Sometimes our catalog includes food delivery credits or promo-style offers (think Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar). Availability changes - not every region or offer is listed all the time.
How they work
When a delivery offer is in stock, buying it works like any other product: open the listing, check out, pay, and grab your code or instructions from the Delivery section on your order page once status is Complete.
Things to know
- Read the product description carefully - minimum order amounts, regions, and expiry dates vary
- We don't run Uber, DoorDash, or Grubhub; any rules on their app still apply
- If you don't see delivery offers in the catalog, they may be out of stock - ask support what's available right now
Tip: Treat delivery credits like gift codes: use them before they expire and don't share them publicly.
Most orders go through smoothly. If yours didn't, work through this list before panicking.
Payment went through but no delivery yet
- Refresh your order page - status should move from Payment received to Processing, then Complete
- Wait at least 10–15 minutes during normal hours
- Check the bell icon for a fulfillment notification
- If it's still stuck on Processing after a reasonable wait, email support@college.plus with your order ID
Delivery details don't work
Copy exactly what the order page shows - extra spaces or wrong capitalization can break logins. Try an incognito/private browser window. For streaming, check you're in the right region and not over the device limit listed in the product description.
Wrong product or missing warranty
Send support your order ID, what you bought, and what you received. If you paid for a warranty, mention the warranty name shown on your order summary - we'll verify with our supplier.
Order shows Failed
Don't place a duplicate order right away. Contact support first so we can see whether payment actually went through and whether a re-fulfillment or refund is appropriate.
Before you pay
Unpaid orders automatically expire 15 minutes after you click Buy. You don't need to cancel - just close the tab or let the timer run out. Your card or wallet won't be charged until you complete the payment partner checkout.
After you pay
Once payment is received, fulfillment usually starts quickly. We generally can't change quantity, swap products, or cancel - digital goods are delivered automatically through our supplier.
Need a refund?
See our Refund policy article. In short: contact support@college.plus with your order ID as soon as you notice a problem. The sooner we know, the better we can help.
Tip: Double-check product name, quantity, and warranty in the purchase modal before you hit Buy - that's your last easy edit point.
Accounts & access
Streaming, AI tools, and shared logins.
Most products on College Plus are delivered digitally - you'll get login info, a code, or setup instructions rather than a physical package.
Where delivery shows up
When your order status is Complete, open your order page and scroll to the Delivery section. It might be a block of text (email:password format) or labeled fields like username and password.
Save it immediately
The order page tells you to save delivery details - they're not stored in a separate “my accounts” vault on the site. Copy them to a password manager or secure note right away.
Upgrade products vs fresh accounts
- Fresh account - you log in with the credentials we deliver
- Upgrade - you may need to use the Spotify upgrade page or follow special steps in the product description
Look for the upgrade badge on the product image if you're unsure which type you're buying.
Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, and similar listings are popular with students. A few things trip people up - here's what to expect.
Shared vs personal access
Many listings are shared or pre-configured accounts, not brand-new personal subscriptions you own forever. Read the product About text - it usually mentions screens, profiles, or duration (1 month, 1 year, etc.).
Regions and VPNs
Some streams only work in certain countries. If a service blocks you, you might be in the wrong region for that account. Don't assume a VPN will fix it - check the listing and support if you're traveling.
Device limits
Streaming apps limit simultaneous screens or downloads. If someone else on the same account is watching, you might get kicked off - that's normal for shared-style access.
Spotify upgrades
If you bought a Spotify upgrade key, head to the Upgrade Spotify page (/upgrade-spotify), enter your 16-character key, then follow the steps for your account email, password, and country.
You're buying access to third-party services. A little caution goes a long way.
Your College Plus account
- Use a unique password for college.plus
- Open your avatar → Security to review sign-in options
- Sign out on shared computers when you're done
Delivered streaming / tool logins
- Don't post credentials in group chats or Discord servers
- Avoid changing the password on shared accounts unless the product description says you can
- Use a password manager so you're not saving logins in plain Notes apps
Spotify upgrade page
That form asks for your Spotify email and password so the upgrade can be applied. Only use it on our official Upgrade Spotify page over a secure connection - never send your Spotify password to random DMs.
Can't sign in to College Plus
- Make sure you're using the same method you registered with (email vs Google)
- Try resetting your password if you signed up with email - check spam for the reset link
- Clear cookies or try another browser if Google sign-in loops
Delivered account won't log in
- Copy credentials again from your order page - watch for trailing spaces
- Try private/incognito mode
- Check if the product description mentions activation steps you skipped
- If it still fails within the warranty window, contact support with your order ID
Verification or 2FA prompts
Some delivered accounts can't receive SMS or email codes meant for the original owner. If a service forces 2FA you can't complete, stop trying random codes and message support - include screenshots of the error.
Splitting a subscription with roommates is common in college. Just know what you're sharing and what the product allows.
What's usually okay
- Splitting the cost of one College Plus purchase among friends who also use the login - if the product allows multiple screens or profiles
- Using separate profiles inside the same streaming account when the service supports it
What causes problems
- Changing the account password without telling everyone
- Logging in from too many devices at once
- Reselling access to strangers (see Acceptable use)
- Violating the streaming app's own terms - that can get the account flagged
Tip: Agree with your roommates on who pays, who gets which profile, and what happens if someone moves out - before you buy.
Billing & refunds
Payments, receipts, and disputes.
College Plus checkout supports credit and debit cards (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency (via our crypto payment partner). When you click Buy, choose your payment method - you'll be sent to a secure hosted page to complete payment, not charged on college.plus itself.
What to expect
- Total is shown in USD before you leave our site
- Card checkout is handled by Stripe; crypto checkout shows wallet instructions on our partner's page
- After successful payment, you return to your order page (or can open it from Transactions / notifications)
On your bank or wallet statement
Card payments appear as a charge from Stripe (merchant name may vary). Crypto transactions show up as transfers from your wallet.
Payment didn't confirm
Card payments usually confirm within seconds. Crypto can take a few minutes to confirm on-chain. If your order stays on Awaiting payment after you've paid, wait a bit and refresh. Still stuck? Email support with your order ID and, for crypto, a transaction hash if you have one.
Your order page is the best receipt for a College Plus purchase.
What's on the order summary
- Order ID and date placed
- Product name and quantity
- Warranty line (if you selected one)
- Subtotal and total in USD
- Payment status once complete
Keeping records
Screenshot or PDF the order summary after payment if you need it for reimbursement, expense tracking, or disputes. Your Transactions tab lists all orders tied to your account so you can find them later.
Need something more formal for a school club or organization? Email support@college.plus with your order ID and we'll tell you what we can provide.
Because we sell digital goods that are delivered automatically, refunds aren't automatic - but we do help when something legitimately went wrong.
We may approve a refund or replacement when
- You paid but never received working delivery and support couldn't fix it
- You were charged twice for the same order
- The product was materially different from the listing (wrong service, wrong duration)
- Fulfillment failed and our supplier couldn't complete the order
Refunds are unlikely when
- Delivery worked but you changed your mind
- A third-party platform banned the account for something you did on their app
- You shared credentials publicly and someone else changed them
- You missed the 15-minute payment window (just place a new order instead)
How to request
Email support@college.plus within a reasonable time after the issue - include order ID, what happened, and any screenshots. Refunds, if approved, go back through the same crypto payment path when possible, which can take a few business days.
Warranty purchases may have extra protection - mention your warranty name from the order summary when you write in.
See a wallet transaction you don't recognize? Walk through these steps.
- Sign in to College Plus and open Transactions - match the amount and date
- Check the bell icon for order notifications around that time
- Ask roommates if they used your wallet for a shared purchase
- If nothing matches, email support@college.plus with the transaction hash, amount, and date
College Plus didn't charge you directly
Checkout runs on our payment partners' pages (Stripe for cards, our crypto partner for digital currency). You won't be charged on college.plus itself until you complete the hosted checkout.
Tip: Never share your wallet seed phrase with anyone claiming to be support. Real support only needs your order ID and account email.
Spotify upgrades
Plans, eligibility, and troubleshooting upgrades.
A Spotify upgrade takes an existing free or lower-tier Spotify account and bumps it to Premium (or a higher plan) for the period listed on the product you bought - usually at a much lower price than paying Spotify directly.
Two-step process
- Buy an upgrade product from the catalog (look for the upgrade badge on the card)
- After checkout, get your 16-character upgrade key from the order Delivery section
- Go to /upgrade-spotify on College Plus
- Enter the key, then your Spotify email, password, and country when prompted
Purchase tab on the upgrade page
Don't have a key yet? Switch to the Purchase tab on that page - it links you back to the catalog to buy one first.
Upgrades apply to your existing account - you keep your playlists, liked songs, and username.
Not every Spotify account can be upgraded. Check these before you buy.
Usually works
- Free Spotify accounts in supported countries
- Individual accounts you fully control
- Accounts not currently on a long-term Spotify promo you can't cancel
Often doesn't work
- Spotify Family plan owner or member slots - family plans have special billing
- Accounts already on Premium through Apple/Google billing in some regions
- Regions outside what the product listing supports (pick the right country on the upgrade form)
- Accounts with outstanding Spotify chargebacks or bans
When in doubt
Read the specific product description before checkout, or message support with your country and current Spotify plan (Free, Individual, Student, etc.).
Submitted your upgrade but Premium didn't show up? Try these fixes first.
- Log out of Spotify completely on phone and desktop, then log back in
- Force-close the app and reopen - account changes can lag a few minutes
- Check spotify.com/account in a browser for your plan status
- Make sure you entered the 16-character key exactly (no spaces)
- Confirm you picked the correct country on the upgrade form
Still on Free?
Contact support@college.plus with your College Plus order ID, Spotify email, country, and a screenshot of your Spotify account page. Don't send your Spotify password in email - we already collected it securely on the upgrade form.
Premium disappeared later
Upgrades last for the duration on your product listing. If Premium dropped early and you had a warranty, include that in your support message. Our supplier may need to re-apply or replace the upgrade.
Trust & safety
Policies, third-party services, and your responsibilities.
When you see Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, Discord, or other logos and names on College Plus, they're there to describe what's for sale - not because those companies own or operate this site.
What that means for you
- Billing problems on the streaming app itself may need to be handled with that platform
- We can't bring back an account banned by a third party for breaking their rules
- Product quality and access come from our supplier; College Plus facilitates the sale and support
We work to list accurate descriptions and stock, but third-party services can change policies, prices, or access at any time - that's spelled out in our Terms of Use.
College Plus is for students and personal use - not a wholesale marketplace.
Don't
- Buy accounts just to resell them elsewhere for profit
- Use stolen payment methods or chargeback fraud
- Harass support staff or other users on Discord
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or overload the site
- Misrepresent yourself as an official partner of Netflix, Spotify, etc.
Consequences
We can cancel orders, close accounts, and refuse service if we detect abuse. Serious fraud may be reported to payment partners or law enforcement.
If something feels off - a too-good-to-be-true DM, a fake support account, or a broken listing - let us know.
Report to College Plus
- Email support@college.plus with links or screenshots
- Use our official Discord linked from this help center - not random servers claiming to be us
- Include your order ID if money was involved
Watch for scams
- We won't ask for your crypto seed phrase - ever
- Support won't DM you first asking for passwords
- Only pay through checkout on college.plus - not Cash App requests from strangers
If you already sent money outside our checkout flow, contact support immediately with every detail you have. We can't reverse off-site payments, but we can warn other users.
